We rang in 2011 at the Hellyer house!
We started out by taking pictures in front of the mantel and Christmas tree, so we had a set from the Smiths’ and a set from the Hellyer’s.

After pictures we sat down for an excellent dinner of lamb chops, asperagus, and mashed potatoes. The dining room was set up for New Years, complete with the holiday plates.

We spent the evening sitting out on the porch (it was SO warm!) with Ally’s parents, sister Jenny and her boyfriend Mikey

We wrapped up the evening with a champagne toast—and a kiss, of course!—at midnight with Ally’s mother (her dad was already in bed!) as we watched the ball drop in New York City.
