Buffalo Chicken Bites

Buffalo chicken bites

Sunday is the day, guys! The one day a year where I’m 100% completely okay with commercials interrupting my show. The big game itself! I feel like when you watch any football game, you kind of have to eat wings.

The problem with wings is the mess! Between the sauce, the blue cheese or ranch dressing, it’s not the kind of food to casually eat on the couch (because who’s eating at the table on Superbowl Sunday, right?)

So I developed this little treat that has all the wing taste without any of the mess. I am a blue cheese person, but if it’s not quite your taste, you can sub out the blue cheese dressing for ranch instead.

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 2 cans white meat chicken
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese dressing or ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup wing sauce (I use Frank’s Red Hot)
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • Tostitos Scoops chips
  • Celery for garnish

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In an oven-safe dish combine the chicken, blue cheese crumbles, dressing and wing sauce. Bake for about 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and stir.

Scoop about a tablespoon of the buffalo chicken dip into each scoop chip. Top with a piece of celery.

Enjoy!
