Valentine’s Day is just around the corner and I am a huge supporter of Galentine’s Day–getting your girlfriends together for a little love and appreciation. (More on this later in the week!)
It’s no secret that I love The TomKat Studio. I see the work Kim does as a complete inspiration. She is definitely a role model for me and a person who I strive to be like. So naturally, I swooned when I saw this effortlessly elegant and totally achievable Valentine’s Day Brunch and Mimosa Bar.

I loved the invitations, “Brunch and Bubbles” — how cute!
Here are Kim’s comments on hosting a mimosa bar:
We used the new premium line of Simply Juice Drinks and they were delicious! The new flavors include: Mixed Berry, Tropical and Fruit Punch. You can serve the juice drinks right out of the bottle, or pour them into glass pitchers or carafes. Printable tags showing the juice flavors add the perfect sweet touch. Typically, mimosas are equal parts champagne and juice. Leave it up to your guests to pour the desired amount. Champagne should always be poured first, then add the juice.
