Beetlejuice! Beetlejuice! Beetlejuice!
Last month, our sweet niece, Desdemona, celebrated her first birthday. Her parents, Ashley & Norby, are (like Justin and I) big pop culture fans, and wanted Desi’s birthday to be memorable and considering Halloween season starts in central Florida around the end of August, a Beetlejuice Party was the way to go.
Ahead of the celebration, Desi had Beetlejuice inspired portraits taken by Kossina Creative Photography in Orlando. I’m 1000% obsessed with the Lydia-vibes this sweet fam is putting out.
At the party, guests could pick out the party location by the large Sandworm on the front lawn. A chalk outline around the door suggested some sort of undead emergency took place
Inside, a photo booth welcomed party-goers to snap a pic of their ghoulish selves, or their own copy of the Handbook for the Recently Deceased.
An elegant dessert table was set up with hor d’oeuvres, mini pies and cupcakes
Party guests were invited to leave a message for Desi to read on her 18th birthday, and, on their way out, could address a thank you note and grab a Zagat bar to-go.
A printable pack by Etsy Shop Epic Parties by REVO pulled the whole black, white and lime green party together.
