Last weekend, I hosted a baby shower for my friends Kathy & Scott. Knowing that the theme was beer and babies, I knew for food we needed to serve several good cheeses.
I was inspired by a trend circulating at parties called a Grazing Table – basically a large open table scape of cheese, charcuterie, fruit, veggies and assorted things to eat them with (crackers, bread, pretzels – whatever!)
I love serving cheese and meat at any of my parties, so making a whole table dedicated to it was honestly a dream of mine. It was clear from the way the party went that the grazing table was definitely a hit!
We served up five different cheeses on our board and, given the momma-to-be’s preferences for fruits and veggies, had loads of those around our plates.
